Privacy Statement

The goals of this website are to (1) inform participants about the conference, (2) process registrations and payments, and (3) submit and select papers for presentation at the conference. When registering, you are being asked to submit your contact details and payment information to Eventbrite, a third-party provider. When submitting papers, you are asked to provide contact details and upload your research paper or abstract using Google Forms.

By submitting your information, you consent to your information being processed as described. The information you provide will be securely stored and shared with the conference selection committee. All parties process the personal data in line with the applicable rules and legislation, amongst others the GDPR. Parties will take all necessary and reasonable measures to protect these personal data. The information will be retained for a period of six months after which it will be destroyed.

Data subjects have a number of rights with regard to their personal data: they have the right to access, rectification, restriction, erasure, data portability to a third party, object to the processing operations, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Officer and/or the Dutch Data Protection Agency.
