Max Pachali is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Tilburg School of Economics and Management, Tilburg University, The Netherlands.

His current research explores the demand and price responses to sustainable food initiatives or regulations (such as nutritional warning label introductions, unsustainable product bans or introductions of animal welfare labels).

In addition, he is interested in understanding the preferences of users on digital platforms and the resulting power asymmetries between content suppliers and platforms.

On the methodological side, he applies and further develops Bayesian models of consumer heterogeneity, methods of demand estimation (e.g., Conjoint Analysis) and methods of empirical Industrial Organization.
